Yin Yoga Therapy blends traditional Yin postures with therapeutic principles from Chinese Medicine, fascia release, and breathwork - all tailored to your individual needs.

This is not a class focused on doing, but on being. Postures are held for several minutes to access deeper layers of the body - fascia, joints, and energy channels - while also creating space for emotional processing and inner stillness.
