ABDOMINAL MASSAGE / CHI NEI TSANG

Our belly — often called the second brain — is where we unconsciously store emotional residue, stress, and energetic stagnation. Chi Nei Tsang is a traditional Taoist abdominal massage that works directly with the internal organs, energy channels, and deep layers of the core.
Using soft, precise, and intentional touch, the session supports physical detoxification, emotional digestion, and energetic balance.

A deeply nourishing, introspective practice designed to support your nervous system, release physical and emotional tension, and restore internal balance. Yin Yoga Therapy blends traditional Yin postures with therapeutic principles from Chinese Medicine, fascia release, and breathwork - all tailored to your individual needs.
This is not a class focused on doing, but on being. Postures are held for several minutes to access deeper layers of the body - fascia, joints, and energy channels - while also creating space for emotional processing and inner stillness.

– Muscular and fascial release (especially in hips, back, and shoulders)
