Yin Yoga - Online Class (German)

Join me for Yin Yoga

I am excited to welcome you during my yin yoga class, where we will embark on a journey of deep relaxation and inner harmony. Yin Yoga is a gentle and meditative practice that focuses on holding passive poses for 3 to 5 minutes. Through mindful breathing and surrendering into each pose, you will release tension stored deep within your body. Here is what you need to know:

  • Session will be held virtually, before the session you will receive a confirmation email with all details you need to join the session, including the Google Meet Link (no need to pre-install any application)

  • I recommend to have a yoga mat, a cushion (or yoga bolster if you have) and a blanket close to you for support during the session

  • For the best audio experience I recommend using headphones

In the spirit of inclusivity and accessibility, the online class operates on a donation basis. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity step into their true nature, regardless of your life situation. You can add the amount that feels right for you in that moment.
